    The Urwerk UR-230 Polaris is a bold fusion of sci-fi inspiration and cutting-edge horology—limited to just 35 pieces worldwide. Its trapezoidal 44.81 x 53.55mm case is crafted from a proprietary white ceramic-based composite reinforced with fiberglass, offering both visual depth and extreme durability. Inspired by 2001: A Space Odyssey and NASA’s Apollo missions, the watch features a sandblasted black dial with sapphire apertures and a crown uniquely positioned at 12 o’clock. Inside, the UR-7.30 automatic caliber powers Urwerk’s signature revolving satellite hour display and retrograde minutes, now in white to match the case. Integrated turbines regulate airflow to protect the movement, while a dual-switch system allows toggling between automatic and manual winding.
