On May 2nd, Westime had the pleasure of hosting an exclusive event in partnership with HYT for an evening celebrating “Fluid Time” – showcasing watches and custom fluidic tools at our Beverly Hills boutique. In attendance, Gregory Dourde, HYT CEO, and Greg Simonian, Westime President along with other guests who were treated to a special demonstration by HYT technicians on capillary bending and the science of fluids. Sips of culinary treats were provided by celebrated cocktail Chef Matthew Biancaniello, fusing California’s freshest ingredients with alcohol for a new, liquid sensory experience.
