TUDOR Royal

Ref: M28300-0008

$2,350.00

The TUDOR ROYAL M28300-0008 blends elegance with precision in a 28mm steel case, polished and satin-finished to perfection. The salmon dial, adorned with applied Roman numerals and a date window at 3 o'clock, creates a timeless aesthetic. Powering this beauty is the self-winding Calibre T201, providing a reliable 38-hour power reserve. The steel screw-down winding crown, featuring the TUDOR logo, ensures water resistance up to 100m (330 ft). The notched bezel in 316L steel, with alternating cut grooves and a polished finish, adds a touch of sophistication. A sapphire crystal protects the dial, and the integrated bracelet in 316L steel, with satin-brushed and polished links, completes this exquisite timepiece with a folding clasp and safety catch.

HANS WILSDORF'S INTUITION

HANS WILSDORF'S INTUITION

“For some years now, I have been considering the idea of making a watch that our agents could sell at a more modest price than our Rolex watches, and yet one that would attain the standard of dependability for which Rolex is famous. I decided to form a separate company, with the object of making and marketing this new watch. It is called the TUDOR watch company.”

Brand Heritage

BIRTH OF THE BRAND

BIRTH OF THE BRAND

In February 1926, Hans Wilsdor had the trademark "The Tudor" registered and started making watches bearing that signature on the dial. Just after the Second World War, Hans Wilsdorf knew that the time had come to expand and give the brand a proper identity of its own. On 6 March 1946, he created "Montres TUDOR S.A.", specializing in models for both men and women. Rolex would guarantee the technical, aesthetic and functional characteristics, along with the distribution and after-sales service.
