RETURN POLICY

Online watch or jewelry orders may be returned within seven days of the date you receive your order. All sales are final after seven days. You must inform Westime that you would like to return an item within seven days of its delivery date by contacting our customer support center at [email protected]. In order to process a return, you must first receive Authorization from Westime. Returns are processed from Monday - Friday, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, PST. If the item is acceptable for return in accordance with our policy, a return label will be emailed to you. You must use the pre-paid return shipping label sent to you via email for returns. Westime must receive returned items within 10 days of its delivery date. Any return received after 10 days may not be accepted. All returns must include the original packaging materials. The item cannot be worn, damaged or altered in any way. Credits will be processed after Westime inspects and approves the return. You will be charged for shipping, insurance and all related shipping charges for the item returned which will be deducted from the refund. Items that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Special orders, custom pieces, pre-owned and items listed as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
