Watch Services & Repairs
As an authorized retailer for many of the world’s leading watch brands, Westime facilitates official servicing through each brand’s approved service network.
Brand Service Coordination
For select brands, Westime can receive your timepiece and coordinate official servicing in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards, including movement overhauls, accuracy regulation, water-resistance testing, gasket replacement, and case or bracelet refinishing.
Strap & Bracelet Services
In-boutique strap and bracelet adjustments, sizing, and replacements are available for most brands, using brand-approved components whenever possible.
Please note: Westime is not always a factory-certified service center on site. When applicable, we work directly with the brands to ensure your timepiece receives official manufacturer service.

Westime offers dedicated Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) services through our specialized boutiques:
Evaluation & Authentication of pre-owned timepieces
Restoration & Preparation performed by trained watchmakers or through manufacturer-authorized service centers
Certification, Documentation & Warranty Coverage for qualifying CPO timepieces
