In attendance, Gregory Dourde, HYT CEO, and Greg Simonian, Westime President along with other guests who were treated to a special demonstration by HYT technicians on capillary bending and the science of fluids. Sips of culinary treats were provided by celebrated cocktail Chef Matthew Biancaniello, fusing California’s freshest ingredients with alcohol for a new, liquid sensory experience.
