TAG Heuer introduces the Connected Calibre E5 45mm X Formula 1®

The TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E5 X Formula 1® combines the refinement of traditional watchmaking with a state-of-the-art digital experience, delivering the pulse and thrill of F1®.

The timepiece’s touchscreen watch face displays the Race Track, with digital time displayed beneath a track outline that adapts to each Grand Prix, represented by the country flag, race name, and its own racetrack silhouette. The watch evolves automatically throughout the season, featuring 24 unique designs for the 24 Grand Prix weekends. A moving dot travels around the circuit outline to indicate the passing seconds.

Using pushers to access the watch menu, wearers can activate The Formula 1® app and see the season calendar, Grand Prix schedules, post-race results, and standings. Custom sounds and branded icons add subtle racing flavor to the experience, including notifications that mimic pit radio communications. The watch also features TAG Heuer OS services and data, such as sports tracking apps for running, cycling, swimming and golf; tracking of health and wellness data including heart rate, steps, compass, sleep tracking and blood oxygen saturation; plus utilities like a voice assistant controller, alarm, calendar, timer and stopwatch.

Housed in a titanium case with black DLC coating, the Connected watch features a bezel engraved with the key moments of a Grand Prix weekend (FP1, Q1, GP, etc.), and the red Formula 1® logo on the caseback. Owners enjoy the option of two different straps: Carbon-patterned black leather with red stitching, and a flexible stretch textile strap designed for comfort during sport or sleep.
