The Breitling Classic Avi Chronograph 42 Mosquito watch pays tribute to the remarkable de Havilland Mosquito aircraft, known as the "Wooden Wonder," due to its wooden construction during a time of metal shortages. This 42mm stainless steel timepiece is inspired by the rugged spirit of early aviation, with large, legible Arabic numerals on the dial and bezel. The knurled bezel provides excellent grip, even for gloved hands. You can choose between a brown calfskin leather strap with top-stitching reminiscent of vintage flight gear or a stainless steel bracelet for an elegant alternative. The COSC-certified Breitling Caliber 23 movement offers a 48-hour power reserve, making it a reliable companion for pilots and travelers.
