Chopard’s Zagato Lab One Concept

Now, Chopard continues to showcase its watchmaking innovation with a superlight concept watch developed in collaboration with the Italian racecar manufacturer Zagato.

The new Zagato Lab One Concept timepiece, a 19-piece limited edition in ceramicized titanium, is the lightest watch ever created by Chopard in titanium. Weighing just 36.5 grams without the strap, the watch employs a tubular architecture characteristic of the car chassis, which optimizes rigidity and reduces weight by distributing mechanical stress.

Instead of lugs, tubular open loops ensure the watch sits perfectly on the wrist. The timepiece displays hours, minutes, small seconds and power reserve, and its horological engine is the L.U.C Calibre 04.04-L with 60-second tourbillon.
