HYT’s Conical Tourbillon is Conceived Around Its Future Owner

Conceived as a true luxury experience, HYT Bespoke allows customers to create a deeply personal tourbillon timepiece shaped around their expectations, tastes and sensibility. This vision of exclusivity is defined as much by the rarity of the timepiece as by the privileged experience of creating it.

The manual-winding movement of the Conical Tourbillon comprises 533 components. Surrounding it, three spheres rotate at four, five and six revolutions per minute respectively, creating a constantly evolving kinetic display. This 3D mechanical construction is complemented by HYT’s retrograde fluidic hour display: two immiscible fluids travel through a glass capillary, the boundary between them physically marking the passage of time.

Within this distinctive identity, the collector is given extensive creative freedom. The case may be crafted in 5N rose gold, titanium, DLC-coated titanium or enhanced through a range of additional treatments. The dial opens up an especially rich creative repertoire: guilloche, mother-of-pearl, textured patterns and hard stones such as agate, malachite or lapis lazuli, as well as gem-setting, engraving or hand-painting.  Personalization even extends to components, elements of the tourbillon, the balance, counterweight, and crown. And the three moving spheres also become part of the bespoke composition: they may be crafted from sapphire, glass, diamond or colored stone.
